Rainfall predicted in Bengal on Sunday

The Alipore Meteorological Office has forecast rainfall in several districts in the southern part of Bengal on Sunday, January 7. Temperatures have been forecast to decrease once more after January 10.

According to the projections, the districts of Purulia, Bankura, West Midnapore, Jhargram, West Burdwan, East Burdwan, Birbhum and Murshidabad are likely to experience rainfall in the next 24 hours.

Certain districts in the northern half of the state too might encounter rainfall, at a moderate pace, and there’s a chance of snowfall in specific areas.

Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Alipurduar, Cooch Behar and North Dinajpur could experience light to moderate fog in the morning.
