President Murmu nominates Sudha Murty to Rajya Sabha
President Droupadi Murmu has nominated Sudha Murty, philanthropist, author and chairperson of Infosys Foundation, to the Rajya Sabha, as announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a social media post.
Expressing her joy, Sudha Murty described the news as particularly meaningful on World Women’s Day. Grateful to PM Modi, she acknowledged the opportunity to contribute to the nation on a significant platform.
