A Delhi court (Rouse Avenue Court) has determined there’s enough evidence to proceed with charges against ex-Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) head and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, along with others, in a sexual harassment case filed by six women wrestlers.

Brij Bhushan is also accused of outraging the modesty of a woman.

The court has concluded there’s adequate evidence to formally charge him under sections 354 and 354A concerning each victim.
