Grievance cell to address all issues faced by doctors
To ensure the security of doctors is well taken care of, especially now in this pandemic situation, Bengal has come up with a ‘Doctors’ Grievance Portal’.
If there is any trouble in a hospital or nursing home or even a doctors’ private chamber, as a result of some action by patients or their families/friends/relatives, doctors can send details of the incident through this portal for redressive action by the authorities.
Five types of documents, including pictures can be uploaded too. This portal would help doctors to a great extent.
