Exam special Saturday metro services on Kavi Subhas-Dakshineswar line
Metro Railway is running special services on Saturdays for the benefit of Madhyamik and Higher Secondary candidates on the blue line, or the north-south corridor from Kavi Subhas to Dakshineswar stations.
As per the information published, there will be eight special services—four for reaching examination centres and four for going home—every Saturday when there are examinations.
According to the schedule published by the WBBSE (for Madhyamik) and the WBCHSE (for Higher Secondary), there will be examinations on all four Saturdays in February: Madhyamik examinations on February 3 and 10, and Higher Secondary examinations on February 17 and 24.
On these four Saturdays, there will be four special metro services from 8.20 am to 9 am and another four special services from 1 pm to 2 pm.
