KKR bags Mitchell Starc for highest price in IPL auction history: Take a look at the full squad

Earlier this year, the Aussies defeated Team India in India itself to win the ODI World Cup. Now, they are topping the price charts for the most expensive players in the history of the Indian Premier League.

While Australia skipper Pat Cummins fetched a price of Rs 20.75 crore and was picked up by Sunrisers Hyderabad for a then-highest-ever price fetched in IPL history, Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc made the headlines soon after as Kolkata Knight Riders bought him for a staggering 24.75 crore, creating a new IPL record.

Here are KKR’s picks at the 2024 season’s IPL auction, held in Dubai on Tuesday, December 19 (in order of the bidding):

KKR now have a total of 23 players in the squad, with eight foreign cricketers and 1.35 crores left in its kitty, and still two slots open for players.
