Lok Sabha 2024: 4th phase polling in full swing

The fourth leg of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections took place on Monday, spanning 96 parliamentary constituencies across 10 states and four Union territories.

Voting is in full swing, covering all 25 Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh, 17 in Telangana and 13 in Uttar Pradesh, among others. Additionally, polling is underway in the Srinagar constituency of Jammu and Kashmir.

Concurrently, ballots are being cast for all 175 seats of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and 28 seats of the Odisha Assembly.

With approximately 17.70 crore registered voters, including 12.49 lakh individuals aged 85 and above, and a deployment of over 19 lakh election personnel at 1.92 lakh polling stations, this phase is witnessing robust electoral participation.

A total of 1,717 candidates are vying for victory in this phase.
